Live music for your event.
Start with the atmosphere.

Describe the performance you have in mind

A solo vocalist, instrumental musician and full band offer different experiences. Explain whether you want background music, a featured performance or a dancefloor-focused show. Include your preferred genres, audience size, venue and event date so the brief is useful from the start.

If you are unsure which act type suits the occasion, select “Help me choose” on the enquiry form. You can also name a particular artist if they have a published profile. Availability and suitability are reviewed for each request.

Our live performer roster is growing

Best DJ accepts applications from singers, bands, musicians and other live performers. Only reviewed, approved profiles are published. The current roster shows the artists you can read about and listen to; it does not imply that every act type is represented or available.

You can still send a specific live music enquiry when no matching profile is published. Hakan will review your requirements and discuss whether suitable options can be explored. A form submission does not guarantee that a performer can be supplied.

Plan for the practical side of live music

Tell us about the performance area, power, sound system, microphones, mixer inputs and monitoring. Mention whether the act can use a venue engineer or needs a particular setup. A band may need more space and preparation time than a solo performer.

Include the proposed set times, breaks, venue access and any sound restrictions. Equipment, travel, artist fees and booking terms are discussed together before confirmation. For venue work, read our club and bar booking guide; for artists, the application guide explains how roster review works.
