Who handles your information?

Best DJ, operated by Hakan Nurhak, handles the information you submit. Contact info@bestdj.org with questions about your data.

What we collect and why

Booking enquiries collect your name, contact details and event requirements. Artist applications collect your contact details, biography, performance links and any request for an optional enhanced profile. We also retain terms versions and acceptance records. We use this information to respond to your request, assess suitability and organise agreed services. It is not added to a marketing mailing list automatically.

How it is stored and shared

Submissions are stored in the platform’s database and are available to authorised managers. Hosting providers process the information to operate the service. Relevant event details may be shared with proposed artists when needed to arrange a booking. Application details are private; an artist profile is published only after review and agreement.

Retention and your choices

We retain enquiry and application details while reviewing or arranging the requested service, and for necessary business records afterwards. You can ask us about access, correction or deletion by emailing info@bestdj.org. Any legal record-keeping obligations will be considered.

Cookies and external links

Manager sign-in uses authentication cookies. Public forms do not require visitors to create an account. External music and social links open third-party services with their own privacy policies. Artist profiles may include YouTube and Spotify players. Enhanced-profile players load only when you choose to load them; Hakan’s existing Spotify player loads with his profile. Loading or using a player connects to its provider, which handles playback and may use cookies or collect usage information under its own privacy policy.
